How long do my items take to ship? 

Our Third Twin Vintage: Your order processes the same day as you place it through the website. Due to the nature of vintage and to ensure adequate protection of fragile items, it will take approx 3-7 days to pack your order. Orders typically ship 7-10 business days. Shipping times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen at the time order is placed. Most items will ship US Postal service with tracking provided once the order ships.  

For our Vintage items we do offer an OPEN BOX OPTION. You complete your order through the site and the order processes same day, and you can continue to purchase items for up to 30 days or until the box is full. Once the box is sealed, we calculate the combined shipping and you pay for the shipping as a line item. Box is held for up to 30 days, or until you tell us to ship or the box is full.

Combined shipping may be available for vintage items. Send us a note before you process your order and let us know you want to combine shipping on multiple items and we will put together a custom cart for you. 

How do I utilize/where do I enter a discount code? 

You can enter the discount code into the "discount code" box in the checkout option. When you are logging in from a desktop or notebook the discount code box will be in the right hand side of the screen about your subtotal. If you are utilizing a mobile phone the discount box is found in the "show order summary" that is to the left of your total and just under the logo. When you click on the blue cart "Show order summary" it will drop down and give you a discount code box. Enter the code and press the gray arrow for the discount code to apply. 

Please note some discounts can be combined, but not all. During checkout if there is a situation where you have two discount codes that can not be combined, the best offer will be applied by the system automatically. If you amend the items in your order and one of the discounts no longer applies, it will default back to the one that now applies. Discounts are limited time offers and can change without notice.

You can enter the code into the "gift card or discount code" box in the checkout option. If you are utilizing a mobile phone the discount box is found in the "show order summary" that is to the left of your total and just under the logo. When you click on the blue cart "Show order summary" it will drop down and give you a Gift card or discount code box. Enter the code and press the gray arrow for the gift card value to apply. 

How do I utilize an automatic discount?

Nothing needs to be done! If you chose an item with an automatic discount it will be seen in your cart and in the checkout. Please note some discounts can be combined, but not all.

Do you offer any vintage items that you don't have on your site? 

We have a lot of items in our storage inventory or our physical location. Please let us know if you are looking for something in particular. We MAY have it, and just have not put it up on the site yet or we can absolutely try to find it for you.
